老鹰乐队(Eagles)是崛起在70年代初期具有广泛影响力的摇滚乐队
1976年是Eagles最为辉煌的一年，年底推出的第五张专辑《Hotel California》并被誉为70年代美国最重要的专辑。在这张专辑里，"Eagles“以一种极为颓废暧昧的方式反映了70年代美国世风日下、混沌与散漫的社会风气”。这首同名单曲《Hotel California》更是Eagles的一部完美之作，其诡异莫名的歌词、感人心弦的旋律，几乎把上世纪70年代所有的忧伤与迷惘卷携殆尽。
